Well that was 24 hours ago - nothing since, still no email with the required URL. I received a follow up email "What is MAC?" Hmmm, well it hasn't changed since the last time I supplied it but hey I gave it again anyway.įollow up email "What is you Ebay ID?" Eh? Bizarre, this was 50 minutes after I had supplied this info for the 2nd time - but anyway I gave it again. I eventually got a response - "What is your Ebay ID and which box do I have?" I had already supplied this info but I submitted it again. Days passed with only autoresponder nonsense when I asked for my login details.

I paid for an annual subscription and supplied my box type and MAC address upfront. Uksatboxes is the worst "service" that I've ever come across - avoid at all costs. I've had buffering on epic which is a shame as we all know epic (ultrabox) are 1 of the main steamers using their own steams.

Epic (ultrabox) are ok but customer service is shit and you have 2 wait until they activate your sub which is annoying, plus u can only use it on 1 device which stinks. flawless is good but the customer service is simply shit.
